Since the publication of our book "A guide to love and life for women", we have received tremendous praise for helping women completely rethink how they look and feel about themselves. Our techniques have allowed them to project an image of self-confidence and elegance without feeling conscious about their breast size.

Despite this, however, dozens of women have commented that there are certain occasions when they would like to achieve a fuller look. They realize that it is not what they really wish to do consistently but once in a while, depending on the situation, they just would be able to wear certain types of clothes or attract certain type of attention. Our position has always been that it is better not to stuff your bra - you are cheating not only yourself but also people around you. But what if you are going to be in a party where hardly anyone knows you and will likely never see you again? Or what if you are traveling to a new city and want to hang out in a cool bar? Or what if you want to try on that little, black dress that will look great if you had a fuller, rounder, bigger top. We agree. Once in a while, it is perfectly alright to do almost anything you want even if you are essentially 'misleading' others. To achieve a fuller look, we recommend a fully-functional arrangement that not only gives you the fullness but also feels and looks natural. The traditional technique of stuffing whatever you could find in your bra does not produce the big natural look. One solution that we have heard a lot of positive things about from our readers is the enhancer bra. These are totally filled-in (medical grade) cups and when combined with a specially designed enhancer bra that accommodates them, can give you the look that you want (they come in sizes all the way from 34B to 42DD - though I would recommend that you try not to overdo it; so it is best to stick to just one or two sizes higher than your current size).   (Related article:  Lingerie for small-cup sizes)

There are two other advantages of this product, which will let your trick go unnoticed and will give you "comparable results" with plastic surgery. One, the enhancer bra gives you a more natural look, and secondly, the materials of the bra attains your body temperature even before you have gotten out of the house, so you will feel perfectly natural all along. What a way to achieve the look that you want!  Few words of caution though:

• It is good to test these along with the dress that you would like to wear ahead of the actual occasion. What I mean is that do not put them on at the last moment. • If you are in new surroundings, the first thing you should do on arrival is to find where the ladies' room is. You will know where to go for minor adjustment in case something goes wrong.
