It is one of the oldest churches in New England and is a masterpiece. After restoration, most of the original artwork is now visible. When you are in Boston, enjoy the shopping, but do not fail to appreciate its architectural delights. And there is nothing better than visiting some of the churches in the Back Bay area. During summer the weather in Boston is so good that it would be sin to stay indoors. And considering that the city has so many universities, students head outdoors to study, though with so many opportunities for people watching, I am not sure if you can get much work done. I found that this cow was somewhat more "cow looking" than others in the Cow Parade because it has so little art in it -- but I guess that was the idea. To the best of my knowledge, this cow does not have much painting but I don't know if some kind of reflective paint qualifies. It was almost like mirror-work, though excellent. The Newbury Street area in Boston is now primarily a shopping and dining spot. There are several boutiques and that is why it is full of tourists, particularly in spring and summer. But it is also a place to live. Most of the higher floors are actually used as residences.
