Art is everywhere in France and the French people are not opposed to spending taxpayer dollars for promoting art and introducing children to art. I guess that is what makes France so good at art, particularly literature and film. For instance, just a stroll in the Lexington Garden made me realize that you could enjoy art without spending a Euro.
