Women doing luxury shopping in Paris

Alright, there were lots of tourists like me on Avenue Motaigne, but we thought that we wanted to see what it was like to shop at boutiques where millionaires shop. So something that you buy at Macy's -- Chanel No. 5 perfume -- we decided that we might as well buy it at the Chanel boutique on Avenue Montaigne. This is our experience. The store did not look as awesome as we expected. The carpet was not spotless and the customer service was not the best. We also paid a lot more than we would have at Macy's or at a duty free store in Charles de Gaulle airport.
