Fashion week is going on in Tokyo as we speak, it takes place from March 23 to 28.  Fashion week is a relative new thing in Tokyo this is the 7th Fashion week only.   About 37 designers will present their collections including:

I am late reporting about this, because I was traveling at the time. Anyway, The Tokyo Girls collection for Spring Summer 2009 took place in March 7 and the Shibuya Collection (the same company and very similar) on March 8.

The new make up collection from Anna Sui for summer 2009 is called Beach Collection Black Diamond.  I love the promotional images, it is almost like a more gentle gothic style, 100% Anna Sui style.
