Issey Miyake and the creators of Licca-chan collaborated to dress the popular doll in the the beautiful clothes shown in the pictures. This is a limited collection with only 1,000 dolls for sell for ¥26,500 ($270.00), this includes about $12.00 for a donation to UNICEF.
The collection is called Pleats Please Licca and it is part of the Power of Toy Project. Licca-chan is a very popular doll in Japan, it is to a degree the Barbie of Japan. The Licca-chan dolls reflect the Japanese body and features. You can read more about Licca-chan in wikipedia.
