I like this look, it is feminine and casual.  It is interesting to see Japanese women when they are not working, they dress well and add their unique style to their clothes.  Women working or in their work environment is another story.

Many large, and even some small, businesses force (sometimes only) their female workforce to wear (often an ugly) uniform.
