Crepes are very popular in Japan and I think they are better in Japan than in France. Marion Crepes in Harajuku are famous for their taste and good looks as well as for their innovating flavors. The crepes are filled with whipped cream, fruits and other mouth watering flavor, they are not low cal nor low fat, but once in a while it is OK to have them. If you want to have a crepe in Tokyo try Marion Crepes, they also have many franchises and are trying to open more.
