Should I take Crestor?

Photo of drug CrestoreWhile I initially reported all the dangers of Crestor and why Crestor should be banned, there is some bizarre development that the drug is so good that we should all be taking it whether we have any cholesterol or heart problems.

Dr. W. Douglas Weaver has found that people with low cholesterol and no big risk for heart disease had dramatically lower rates of heart attacks, death and stroke if they took Crestor. Other drugs that are similar to Crestor are Lipitor and Zocor.

Before you start to get all excited about the option of taking a pill while being able to all the unhealthy, fatty foods and getting no exercise, I would suggest that you consider the long-term benefits of diet and exercise. It has been demonstrated that the healthiest way to live is to eat organic, nutrient-rich, low caloried foods with lots of vegetables. Not only will you age slowly you will also live longer. Plus, you will never experience the side effects of drugs. Chances are that if you follow a healthy lifestyle you will never need to take a single pill in your life.
