When
couples have been together, particularly married, for a
long time, the spark often goes away. There are many
ways to
spice the relationship and
bring the excitement
back.
No, I am not suggesting that you start to
hire call
girls (as former New York Governor Elliott Spitzer did
by paying Ashley Alexandra Dupré or Kristen) or
bring
another person in the relationship (as former New Jersey
Gov. Jim McGreevey and his ex-wife Dina Matos McGreevey
did by having threesomes with an aide Teddy Pedersen) or
by having prostitutes come and
roleplay with you (as
Charlee Sheen did by having prostitutes dress up as
cheerleaders while he pretended to be a movie director).
While some of these actions are illegal, others are
unethical, and
open relationships and
swinging is not for all couples.
So what works?
My discussions with hundreds of people who have written
to me over the years have shown that the problems in a
relationship arise when:
From the advice that I have given to
many couples, they have found that role play is a great
way to put fun into
physical intimacy. Costumes are
extremely cheap and you can always improvise.
Plus, as you will watch in this
video amazing things happen when you put on a costume.
The other technique that seems to work for a lot of
couples is putting up a show. We all have a trace of
exhibitionism in us, but you don't need a third person
to do that. Use a
video camera and connect it to your
bedroom
television and you will realize that it is safe
and so much more fun to watch yourself on TV. The
tapes can then be used during
foreplay in the future. |
