Plastic surgery trend grows among teenagers

Remember those days when only rich (and old) women will visit the plastic surgeon to make them look young again? Not any more. While plastic surgery is used as an anti-aging measure, it is also increasingly being used as a way to get the body that you want.

And you don't have to wait till you get old to do it. You can do it the moment you realize that something is not right with the way you look. That is exactly what young people are doing. Michelle, a teenager, tells us, "It's not like I have low self esteem or think I'm ugly or anything, I just have a rather large nose. Ever since I was a pre-teen I've wanted to get a nose job; I think it would make me look a lot more beautiful. I doesn't seriously yearn for it, but maybe in the future, if I have a couple thousand dollars to blow I'll do it. Appearance isn't that huge for me, but I project that with a nose job I'd feel like there was absolutely nothing else I could complain about with my appearance, and that would probably be pretty cool."
