Vioxx victims find it hard to find fair information

When we created a totally new section to provide information to our readers after the recall of Vioxx, we did not realize how difficult it would get for our readers to find news, updates and advice on Vioxx related developments and lawsuits.

Unfortunately because of the $38 billion on stake, the lawyers have literally hijacked the Internet. The lawyers have been using all sorts of unfair tricks to bias the search results so that Vioxx victims, instead of getting raw news, are instead being taken to websites run by law firms where they are immediately asked to sign up for a consultation. It will be a challenge for Vioxx victims to find the right information before they sign up with a Vioxx attorney.

In the meantime we will continue to provide high-quality Vioxx related information and hope that the search engines like Yahoo, Google, MSN, etc. will fix their search engines that allow a bunch of crooks to completely hijack their search results.
