Blockbuster lacks original ideas to survive

Clearly, companies like Blockbuster are in trouble. Millions of people have stopped going to Blockbuster. Now Bruce Mohl is reporting that you can rent online and return in stores. Is that a big deal? Probably not. VOD is such a big threat to these guys that no matter what they do they will struggle to survive as the technology moves from going to a store, searching for a DVD, dealing with poor customer service, coming home (even worse when the weather is bad), and then returning it (or paying fines, as I do, for being late).
