Speculation that Britney Spears had a tummy tuck has been around for a while. Now her husband (whose marriage with Britney can be counted in hours) is claiming that she went under the knife. How does he know? Yes, he was close to her at one time and even married her but he is no surgeon and has not really spent any time with her since her so-called marriage to Kevin Federline.

I think Jason Alexander is merely trying to be in the news and hope that his book will sell. In the meantime, Britney will definitely create even more buzz by probably going topless now that dressing without panties is her hobby.
