Violent video games alter teenage brain

According to new research, teenagers who play violent video games show permanent changes in their brain. The worst affected is the area that manages self-control. In other words, they are more likely to indulge in behavior that they have no real control over. Scary; isn't it?

If you play violent video games, take a break, buddy. Watch some video clips instead or even better get a workout. And if you are a parent who liberally buy violent video games for your children, maybe you want to buy a book instead.
