Growing breasts after 21

For almost all women, their breasts are fully developed by the time they are 21 or so, and that is why Marianne is troubled. "Is there any exercise that I can do or any dietary changes that will help me get bigger breasts?" she asks.

How to always carry your iPod with you?

Our iPods have become such integral part of our lives that we can't imagine leaving home without them. In fact there are moments that I don't miss my cell phone (it gives me much needed peace and privacy) but do miss my music companion. But trust me, if you are a woman, it is very easy to find a place to stick your iPod (after all women carry those humongous handbags), but what if you aren't carrying your handbag, for example, while jogging in a park. How to buy a towel?

Yes, that's right. It might seem as if it is something trivial, the reality is that when you rub your body with something a few times a day, you better get ir right. Linen Place has some excellent tips:

Material

Terry cloth is by far the most common towel material. It is a pile fabric, meaning it consists of cut or looped fibers that stand up close to one another on the surface of the underlying woven (or knit) material. Turkish and Egyptian cottons are the industry gold standard, as the long-stapled fibers result in softer, stronger and more lustrous material. Occasionally "Turkish towel" is used synonymously with "terry cloth" and may not necessarily be made out of Turkish cotton, (terry cloth originated from Turkey). In recent years, microfiber has become a popular material for towels. Microfiber is twice as fine as silk and both softer and more absorbent than regular cotton. Because of the lightweight and ultra absorbent nature of microfiber, gram weight is a less reliable indicator of quality.

Weight and thickness

Gram weight refers to how many grams per square meter a towel weighs. Towels made from densely woven loops will feel thirstier and have a higher gram weight. Longer loops make for fluffy towels. Generally, a towel of 600 gram weight or more is considered plush - anything upwards of 700 and 800 gram weight is luxury hotel quality. You should keep in mind, however, that a 600 gram weight towel made from exceptional cotton or microfiber may feel better than a heavier towel made with a cheaper cotton.

Size and color

The lighter the color, the softer the towel will probably be. Cotton that has been dyed a deep, rich color must go through an involved process that can leave the cotton yarns slightly less soft than their less-extensively dyed counterparts. Extra washings should help soften them up. Microfiber towels like those made from modal take dye readily and well, so even the darkest or brightest colors remain very soft. Care should be taken to wash these towels in warm, not hot, water.

Find your correct bra size

I have been wearing a 42DD, but when I measure I get 46 inches, then add the 4 inches and get 50. The upper band is 54 inch and subtract 50 and get 4, a DD, so what size am I? Can you please help me? You are not alone with this dilemma. First of all, all the bra manufacturers are not consistent. Over time, the way suppliers have changed clothing sizes, they have also quietly changed bra sizes. I would, therefore, suggest that you put away your shyness and get measured by a lingerie expert. I would recommend a department store like Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales, or Nordstrom (Victoria's Secret sometimes has someone mature; but most of the time they will have teenagers who have no idea what they are doing, based on comments from our readers).

If you find bra selection in high end department stores too expensive, don't buy there; just get yourself measured there, and try on a few bras. When you feel you have a pretty good idea of the size, buy just one bra that day. Wear it for a couple of days and make sure that you feel that it fits well. Only then buy more and even after that, get yourself measured once a year or so, or if you gain/lose a lot of weight.

Should you change your skin color?

Your skin color is a gift of Nature and the best thing to do is to love it, appreciate it, and then make choices of colors for clothes and personal care products accordingly. It is impossible to change skin color and we know from Michael Jackson what happens when you try to change it too much. If your skin is damaged from sun exposure, there are treatment options.

You must also try to build your self esteem. It seems that you may be looking down upon you; you are what you are and you have to love yourself. People with dark skin are as handsome as people with any other skin color.
