The perfect butt

I am sure that like me you will like to have a perfect butt. So how can you get it? I had a long discussion this weekend with my personal trainer and according to her, it is possible to exercise the right way to shape your muscles in that area.

Well, exercise can do it, but if you are lazy like me, then you can try a Brailian butt lift or butt augmentation or butt implants.

Brazilian model photo shoot

There is no doubt that Brazilian women are beautiful. Though it was sad to know that a Brazilian model died due to eating disorders.

Have you heard of Ellen Rocche? She is a model from São Paulo and has appeared in magazines and television programs. She has some great videos of her modeling photo shoots on the web.

When large breasts are a problem

While most women would do anything to have large breasts, it can be a problem for others, particularly for those women who do not appreciate the unwanted attention they get from men. Laura, a 26-year old, weighing just a little more than 120 lbs, says, "Because of my large chest, "I can't wear t-shirts or tight-fitted clothes. When people stare at me, I get so conscious, and this is affecting my self-esteem. I wonder if something is wrong with me. I have changed the way I dress and have even worn a minimizer bra. Is it possible to do some exercises?"

One of the ways to reduce breast size is to lose weight. You will see a reduction as the pounds melt off. Other than that, we know that there is no such thing as selective weight loss - you cannot lose or gain weight in a certain part of the body. The ultimate solution is to have plastic surgery.

And I would also say stop worrying about other people looking - people will look any way. That is no reason to change your appearance.

Ana Carolina Reston dead due to eating disorder

We have our fair share of anorexic women: Nicole Richie, Katherine McPhee, and others. The really sad news is that Ana Carolina Reston (AP photo), a Brazilian model is now dead after weighing less than 90 lbs for a height of 5 feet and 8 inches (giving her a BMI of just 13).

I hope Ms. Richie is paying attention. An eating disorder is nothing to be proud of. Once we have everything in moderation, life is great. Extremes are bad. May Ana Carolina rest in peace.

Brazilian women on Big Brother

Brazilian women are just way too beautiful but watch them on Big Brother (the Brazilian version) and you will realize that they have no privacy at all. I was watching a few episodes with a Brazilian friend and I was surprised to see that they had to wear their bikinis while showering because the cameras are everywhere, even in the bathroom. I am not going on a program like this one.

Brazilian samba dancers in barely there skirts

I am a big fan of dancing and have taken ballroom dancing lessons in the past but nothing beats the Brazilian samba dancers.

I was watching some television recordings of the Brazilian carnival in Rio de Jeneiro and it is amazing how they can get away with covering those Brazilian butts in those tiny, tiny thongs.
