No breasts at the age of 28

Am 28yr.old mother and frankly Am deeply disturbed by my situation. my son is six and although i breast fed him I have never worn a bra because i have no breasts at all. i have been desperately searching for a remedy as surgery is out of the question. pls help

The bad news is that there is absolutely nothing that you can do, particularly because even after childbirth and nursing you have not seen an increase. I know breast augmentation is not an option for you but that is the only option. And please, do not waste money on anything else that promises to give you a bust -- it can't.

A Manhattan plastic surgeon, Dr. Brad Jacobs, is offering a holiday gift to Britney Spears: a tummy tuck. Apparently he is concenred that when Britney flashes her crotch, she is showing off her C-section marks. He claims that he can fix all of them so that she can give us a better view of her privates, Brazilian bikini wax and all.

While her ex-husband, Jason Alexander, may simply be making it all up when he said that Britney Spears has had a tummy-tuck, she now has a chance to actually have it.

Not that she can't afford to on her own but we Americans love free stuff.

Busty British women

Joanne Holmes, senior lingerie buyer for Littlewoods lingerie says in an interview, "Ten years ago, the average bust size was a 34B to C. Now the average is 36D; around 50 per cent of our sales are for D-cup bras."

The reasons? According to her, the pill, diet, and plastic surgery. Indeed bra size is growing everywhere not just in England. Though many wonder if bigger breasts, thunder thighs, and huge butts are good - I am not sure I like obese women with large breasts.

Jason Alexander claims Britney Spears had tummy tuck

Speculation that Britney Spears had a tummy tuck has been around for a while. Now her husband (whose marriage with Britney can be counted in hours) is claiming that she went under the knife. How does he know? Yes, he was close to her at one time and even married her but he is no surgeon and has not really spent any time with her since her so-called marriage to Kevin Federline.

I think Jason Alexander is merely trying to be in the news and hope that his book will sell. In the meantime, Britney will definitely create even more buzz by probably going topless now that dressing without panties is her hobby.

Remember Isabelle Dinoire - the French woman who got a facial transplant? If you look at the picture here, she can now smile and looks so much more normal. Oh the wonders of plastic surgery, or should I say, reconstructive surgery. The doctors deserve all the credit.

Britney Spears sex tape does not exist

So this was a case of much ado about nothing. It seems that Fed-Ex (I like the new name for Kevin Federline) never intended to sell a sex tape of his honeymoon with Britney Spears because it doesn't exist. It was all made up by the tabloids. Now I am even starting to doubt if K-Fed really intends to write a book about Britney's alleged plastic surgery and lesbian relationships (she did make out in public with Madonna).

When large breasts are a problem

While most women would do anything to have large breasts, it can be a problem for others, particularly for those women who do not appreciate the unwanted attention they get from men. Laura, a 26-year old, weighing just a little more than 120 lbs, says, "Because of my large chest, "I can't wear t-shirts or tight-fitted clothes. When people stare at me, I get so conscious, and this is affecting my self-esteem. I wonder if something is wrong with me. I have changed the way I dress and have even worn a minimizer bra. Is it possible to do some exercises?"

One of the ways to reduce breast size is to lose weight. You will see a reduction as the pounds melt off. Other than that, we know that there is no such thing as selective weight loss - you cannot lose or gain weight in a certain part of the body. The ultimate solution is to have plastic surgery.

And I would also say stop worrying about other people looking - people will look any way. That is no reason to change your appearance.

Botox or Paris vacation?

Believe it or not, nearly 40 percent of women over 30 would rather get Botox injections than spend a week in Paris.

Arguably the world's most popular travel destination, the fabled the City of Light may have met its match in the leading cosmetic procedure in the U.S., which was performed more than 3 million times in 2005.

Even the temporary nature of Botox, which typically suppresses crow's feet, laugh lines and forehead furrows for six months, isn't enough to send 38.9 percent of women scrambling for their passports. As one survey participant remarked, "Sure, Paris is a romantic destination -- in fact, it's always been a dream of mine to go there. But I'd rather have six months of looking my absolute best. We're talking about a couple hundred dollars and six months of results, versus thousands of dollars for one week."

A survey of 175 women asked about their attitudes toward aging and cosmetic procedures. The survey, conducted by Great Neck-based anti-aging medical center MesoBoutique, found that 80 percent of women ages 30 and up want to look younger, but only 36.5 percent would consider having a facelift, while 55 percent are interested in nonsurgical procedures such as Botox and microdermabrasion.

Canadian women fix their genitalia

I thought only American women were crazy enough to undergo labiaplasty (or making your private area look prettier by reducing the size of your lips down there) , but it seems that Canadian women are catching on to the trend. Dr. Behnaz Yazdanfar, a cosmetic surgeon in Toronto, is offering the procedure.

"There has been a sharp increase in the demand for this type of cosmetic surgical procedure," says Dr. Yazdanfar. "But it is actually not surprising. There are probably thousands of women in the city of Toronto alone who, due to genetics, childbirth or age, are ashamed of the physical appearance of their genital area. They may also experience levels of discomfort from the laxity of the skin in the area."
