I have been modeling for two years now and my
aspiration for modeling is to get more exposure for my other talents. I
consider modeling just 10 percent of my true talent.
As I said before, I also practice Shuji and Shito-Ryu.

MYNIPPON:
What kinds of modeling assignments do you enjoy more than others.
For example, would you rather enjoy being featured for a clothing
catalog or a fashion magazine or recommend dishwashers?
Miki: I
really like everything as long as it is proper and upstanding. I have to
be able to show my mother and father what I do. But if I must choose a
favorite, I would have to saying modeling for designer
lines.
MYNIPPON:
As we can see, you have a wonderful
body.
A lot of our female readers would be very curious to know how you
are able to maintain such excellent physique.
Would you mind sharing your secrets about what to eat, how to
exercise, and anything else that works for you?
Miki: I
wake up at 9 AM and go to the gym. I start my routine there with an hour
of cardio
workout. Then, I move to strength
training, which I do for
another one hour. My usual diet consists of a lot of water, fruits, and
vegetables. And believe it or
not, my favorite vegetable is broccoli. Well let me also confess that that
I do like fast foods, but I try to watch out how much and how frequently I
eat. I think the secret to my physique is a combination of light,
healthy diet and exercise. My
advice to other women is to enjoy what they eat
but control the amount,
and never forget the exercise - whatever they feel comfortable with.
MYNIPPON:
We are very impressed by your sense of
style.
While shopping and then dressing up everyday, what should young
women like you be careful about? Everyone
that writes to us is busy, stressed
out, and not able to keep up with the
latest trends. How can they
still appear stylish?
Miki: As
far as style is concerned, I really don’t pay much attention to it. I
just wear what I like whether it the in fashion or not.
Over a period of time, I have developed my own sense of style and
that is what all women should shoot for.
My advice for young ladies: “Wear what makes you feel good”.
