A popular building
material for skyscrapers is glass that comes in many forms. In
most cases, it blocks out the sun but not the view, though at night
it does not afford a lot of privacy. I took this picture of a
skyscraper in
New York City on a beautiful sunny day and what caught
my attention was the mirror effect and how the image of a nearby
apartment building was reflected. So next time you are on a vacation in
the New York City, do not just admire the building in Times Square
or the Empire State Building or
Rockefeller Center; take a look at
all the other beautiful buildings in the city - I also like the
Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue and
Central Park area. |
