If you
visit
New York City and do the usual stuff that tourists do, you will
miss out on a lot of interesting places. For instance, a
stroll in the New York University campus area and a visit to the
Washington Square. On a nice day, you can actually bring a
sandwich and eat your lunch there as you watch people. I also
like to admire all the students there. The last time that I
was there, many of them were working on their
film making projects. I actually like to walk to Bruno
Bakery (Chef Biagio Settepani is a celebrity now and has won many
awards) to try one of their exotic pastries. So my advice to
tourists is that while Times Square or Central Park or
Statue of Liberty are fun places to visit, be a little
adventurous and explore all the other things that the city has to
offer. |
