Brava combined with fat transfer

I have previously discussed the benefits of Brava system for breast enhancement that allows a woman to have up to one cup size larger breasts without going under the knife. Now these women have yet another non-surgical choice for breast enlargement. Florida Plastic surgeon Dr. Roger K. Khouri has concluded that injecting a woman’s fat (obtained from a liposuction procedure in another part of the body like tummy or thighs) into her breasts can further enhance the cup size without inserting implants. Obviously, due to the need for lipoplasty, this procedure is not completely noninvasive and is not for someone who is afraid of surgical procedures or cannot have them due to medical reasons or simply does not have excess fat anywhere (remember that you need your own fat rather than that from a donor).

It is important to mention that Dr. Khouri invented Brava and he recommends that after autologous (patient’s own) fat transplantation, a girl has to wear the Brava device for another week to ten days. Based on the data from his patients he found that combining Brava with fat transfer provides an extra 100 cc of volume. There were no significant negative side effects and it might very well be that this approach might soon become the standard for this technique. Dr. Khouri says that many women can expect to double their original breast size in a single, outpatient procedure with no incision using this approach.

We all know that like most Hollywood celebrities Kate Hudson is a skinny woman. She is actually so thin that for the film Fool’s Gold the producers digitally enhanced her breasts to drive viewers to the cinema.

So if someone has such small breasts you would expect them to be overjoyed to have bigger breasts without breast augmentation. Not the case for Kate who is actually disappointed with the increase in breast size due to pregnancy, and no, she did not get breast implants. She says, “I hate it. I’m usually an A cup and I’m getting close to a D cup. Big breasts are fun for certain things but not others. I love fashion, and having big breasts is not ideal for certain looks. They are way more fun when you are not wearing your clothes. Then, they are a blast!”

Can I borrow fat from someone else?

Is it possible to use my daughter, who is overweight, as a fat donor? I am not interested in butt implants. Is there any other alternative like a permanent gel filler?”

Body often rejects foreign things: As you might be aware, our bodies are not big fans of outside materials so your daughter cannot act as a donor. Even in the case of organ transplants after a perfect match is found, the body often rejects it. The best way to get fat is from your own body. Since you do not have excess fat, you are out of luck.

What you may want to do is to meet with a cosmetic surgeon and see if a lift does the trick for you because a filler is generally not a great option for the buttocks.

It is no surprise that standards of beauty vary by cultures and ethnicity but with globalization it is hard to pin them down. Apparently most women go under the knife to be attractive to men, but except for a few, most men rarely care about it and some are even opposed to it (though a small group of men is definitely in favor of breast augmentation). I thought I will share what Jack Nicholson thinks, “I haven’t had surgery. I don’t want to be judgmental, but some of the things you see these days in Hollywood are a bit horrifying. I mean, I don’t know what’s going on here, but I don’t want to scare people…‘I mean, if someone can fool me with a new chest or lips, then I’m happy to be fooled. But I have to admit I have a prejudice against it. I’m not worried about wrinkles, in myself or in women. I find them interesting.”
