Stretch marks after childbirth
Allison writes, “Due to having my baby I have very bad stretch marks everywhere but deep ones on my stomach. I am trying to find a place where I can get surgery but have no luck yet as these services are to dear and also I don’t know where or even if such a place exists. I am only 19 so I really want something done to make my stretch marks go away.”
Pregnancy stretch marks are universal but as women lose their weight and with time, they go away. If you have not already done so, you might want to get back to your pre-pregnancy weight.
There is no surgery for stretch marks but if you consult with a dermatologists he may be able to prescribe a skin cream or use a laser that you can apply to make the skin look more even in color.
The good news is that since you are just 19, your recovery will be very fast. Skin at this age is very resilient and recovers fast.
