Moob surgery

If you see a man shopping for bras, don’t just assume that he is a crossdresser or pervert or buying them for a woman. There is a 33% possibility that he may be buying one for himself. That’s right. It is estimated by Dr. Glenn Braunstein, chair of the department of medicine at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, that that many men are affected by gynecomastia — or the benign enlargement of male breast tissue, colloquially known as “man boobs” or “moobs.”

Boys between 13 and 14 see them but they disappear within months but if you are a grownup man and you think you could use an A cup bra, you need to see a plastic surgeon and fight with your insurance company to undergo surgery.

Not many men do so and either look ridiculous (Britain’s ex-PM Tony Blair is one of them) or quietly suffer refusing to go to the beach or making love with their undershirts on. And definitely try to lose some weight, the major cause of this problem.
