How to create cleavage?
In many ways Paris Hilton is no different than what Kelly Rowland used to be before she got breast implants. She is known to have very small breasts, but despite all the money that she has and the pressure to be big breasted in Hollywood, she has refused to consider breast augmentation.
But how does Paris Hilton manage to create a cleavage? The secret is in the outfit and in the bra. The most obvious way to create a bustline is by use of an enhancer bra or padded bra. In this picture, though, it is obvious that she is braless. What she has done here is that she has the silicone pads built right into the dress. Then, as you can see, the dress is tied behind the neck and if you make it really tight, you can create a nice cleavage. Here it looks that she has DD cup size.
