My breasts have sagged after childbirth

Sandy, who became a mom recently, writes, “I have a slim figure and I had normal sized breasts but after I had my daughter, my breasts shrank by half and became saggy. Do you know of a sure fire way to increase my breast size and make my breasts perky again. Please help me because I am so disturbed over this issue.”

It is very common for a woman to experience shrinking and sagging of breasts after childbirth and nursing, though one study shows that it is not nursing that causes shrinking but lack of proper exercise. Unfortunately, there is nothing that you can do now to change it. An option for you is what is known as a mommy makeover that includes a breast lift, sometimes with breast implants, and tummy tuck/liposuction. The costs can quickly add up but since you have it all together, you can save a lot of money.

If this is not possible, make sure that you eat healthy, do some exercise daily, and always wear a bra during day time. Here is another article on how to take care of your breasts.
