Hymen repair surgery marriage fraud

Hymen repair surgery is a relatively simple cosmetic surgery procedure but it is considered controversial by some. While the procedure has gained some popularity among women of all types, including those in happy relationships (who want to give the gift of virginity to their husbands of a long time), but it has been more common among Muslim women who must be virgins till they get married. The ones that are not simply undergo this surgery and are good to go.

Obviously, it is a lie that they have to live with for the rest of their lives and is not the greatest way to start a married life, but if that is the only way to make things work out, I don’t see an issue with that.

In a very interesting case in France, a Moslem man has been able to successfully annul his marriage when his bride claimed to be a virgin, though she was not and did not deny the charge in court. In most countries, it is sometimes possible to get an annulment if any kind of fraud is involved and lying about your virginity standard is considered fraud under Islam law, though, this is a requirement only applied to women.

I hope that this is a consideration that women will keep in mind when they consider revirgination surgery.
