Chin liposuction for men
I have discussed conventional liposuction in the past and then at the request of several of our readers, we did a comparison of ultrasound assisted liposuction (UAL) procedures like UltraSculpt and Vaser Liposelection. This time I will explain chin liposuction – a procedure regarding which I have received several questions from several men (not all of them the metrosexual types).
As men get older, they often develop a jowly “turkey gobbler†appearance. Of course, a facelift is one way to deal with this problem to give a more youthful contour to the face but fairly good results can be achieved by performing liposuction in the chin region. Like other lipoplasty procedures, only a tiny incision is needed and the procedure is safe, simple, and quick. And for men who worry too much about very obvious results of plastic surgery, this surgery is very discreet with no scars, though of course, others will notice your more masculine, younger appearance.
Most surgeons will not use general anesthesia and you can get back to a normal life within a matter of days. And expect to spend about $2,000 to 3,000 for the procedure at a board certified doctor’s clinic.
