Makeovers when plastic surgery is not an option

Lucy, who is 65 years old, would like to have a makeover. “Recently, I stopped smoking and have gained more weight than I care to. I went from a size 5 to a size 11. But more than the weight problem, I want to have a face lift or an injectable filler, in certain face areas, and have laser treatment for the eyes. I would also like to get rid off of some of these spider veins, and fatty knees. I am a very strong woman, and not afraid to have these things done. The trouble is, like so many others, I have no funds to do so. I have had six children and no time for myself, never mind the funds, but now I want to look better for myself. What do I do?” she asks.
