What’s wrong with Sarah Palin’s face?

My colleague commented on the face of Sarah Palin without makeup and airbrushing and she thinks that the Alaska Governor looks just fine the way she does on the cover of Newsweek magazine.
While I may not agree with Gov. Palin’s positions and would not like to see her win, there is no denying that she is a very sexy woman. Even without makeup, she looks awesome, and in any case, we shouldn’t elect our president based on looks. In that case, I am endorsing Paris Hilton for president.
Having said that, I can understand how Republican men are upset with her photo. She definitely does not look like a perfect woman that they want her to be. As you can see, I have marked her imperfections. For instance, her nose shows signs of acne, for which there is no cure, except Accutane, a highly dangerous drug, particularly for pregnant women. And we know that Ms. Palin was pregnant just a few months ago. But it is possible to cover acne scars with makeup.
Her eyes are also showing visible signs of aging and these fine lines and dark circles bother any woman her age. Consult a cosmetic surgeon to discuss your options.
I am also observing a mole (it is hard to say if it just a pimple in case her menstrual cycle is a few days away). A mole can be easily removed by laser.
And finally, I see that her cheeks are shrinking, another sign of aging as the fat in the face starts to lose its elasticity. It can be easily corrected with a dermal filler like Juvederm.
