From its days as something fringe medical system, acupuncture has come a long way. Now it is being positioned as an alternative to plastic surgery – yes, without the need for anesthesia and scalpels. Blaise Ryan, the founder of Lumina Anti-Aging and the Cosmetic Acupuncture Centre of Canada in Ottawa, explains that acupuncture can safely increase the health of the skin to tighten the face and breasts.
According to Blaise Ryan, the free radicals damage cause sagging breasts, wrinkles, and sagging skin. Acupuncture can regenerate healthy skin cells and reduce the effects of harmful free radicals. Dr. Ryan offers acupuncture facelift, breast lifts, acupuncture breast augmentation, and even acupuncture for cellulite.
Dr Ryan says that “The acupuncture breast treatments certainly don’t give the same result as implants, but for the right candidates it can increase a cup size.” What’s a right candidate? “If someone’s breasts are unnaturally small, then acupuncture can help. Implants can enhance the size indefinitely. Acupuncture will only encourage natural growth through stimulating the hormonal and nervous system.”
