Perfect belly button after tummy tuck
Keywords: tummy tuck – belly button – low rise thongs

Since the advent of low rise thongs and acceptance of whale tail, there is one part of female body that we get to see a lot: the belly button. In our western society, it is considered somewhat of a big deal to show our bellybuttons though that is not the case in some other cultures. In India, when women wear sarees, they often choose to show their belly buttons. Belly dancers do the same.
One of the negative outcomes of a tummy tuck is that you may not always get your belly button in perfect condition: either to show it off by wearing low-rise jeans or by piercing it. Now a Hollywood plastic surgeon has the perfect answer for you. In a procedure developed by Rodeo Drive Plastic Surgery physician Lloyd Krieger, the bottom of the belly button is stitched more tightly to the deeper tissue to highlight a natural effect. The result has become known as The Rodeo Drive Belly Button.
This procedure creates a stronger “hood” at the top by stitching the top of the belly button loosely to the deep tissues of the abdominal wall. This creates a solid platform for piercing, and also throws a darker shadow within the hole of the belly button, creating a more natural appearance. The bottom of the belly button is stitched more tightly to the deeper tissues to highlight these effects.
