Debra Messing likes her small breasts
There are many cases of women who are proud of their small breasts and the Daily Record tells me that Debra Messing is one of them. Briefly, this is how the story goes. When NBC did its pilot episodes for “Will & Grace,” they insisted that she wear an enhancer bra (most women use some version of a padded bra, chicken fillet falsies which are essentially silicone pads, or simply stuff their bra with whatever they can find). The show directors thought that having a cleavage was important for her character (Grace Adler).
When shooting for the actual show started, Debra refused to wear them and wanted to show her flat chest. Apparently, the issue was raised at the seniormost level in the company but she refused to back off. The show still did extremely well and while like Kate Beckinsale, Debra may want breasts, she has refused to get breast implants. “I’d never get implants because that’s just not me,” she says. Well, Paris Hilton is “hot” despite non-existence of a chest. In other words, breast size doesn’t matter that much.
