How to reduce breast size with diet and exercise?
Megan writes, “I am 45, 5’6″ and weight 220 lbs. I have been trying to lose weight but no luck. I have very large breasts and cannot afford breast reduction surgery. What are some exercises and diets to help me?”
As far as my advice is concerned, the only way to lose cup sizes is to lose weight. And as someone in your age group, I know how hard it is to lose weight.
First of all, what you need to do is to change your lifestyle rather than go on a diet. Some of the things that you need to do are very basic and I live by these:
1. Eat lower calorie foods. That means more veggies and less meats. No to high sugar foods.
2. Have good breakfast and then eat small meals during the day.
3. Run for at least an hour daily. Add other exercises in form of getting up more often to do things and going up and down the steps.
4. Keep a positive outlook and recognize that nothing will change overnight. It will take years but in the end it will be worth it.
