Stephen,
a
recently married man who was
never
intimate with a woman prior to his marriage, writes,
"I started a
stronger and deeper relationship in bed with my lovely
wife. I do not think that I am a
Superman in
bed and accept the way that I am. I care a lot about
her expectations and needs and I do my best to
make her
satisfied, but it's a bit difficult. To make a long
story short, I've got to mention that I am a guy who is
circumcised and
orgasms in
less than 2
minutes, so it really bothers me. As my
partner's
time to orgasm is longer like every other woman,
therefore, I use some delay sprays available in the
market
to first
make
her orgasm and delay mine. You know it's kind of a
sacrifice from my side. I wanna make sure that it is
normal for
men to orgasm so fast like
me and whether I suffer from premature ejaculation. Is
there any cure for this let's say "disability"? I wanna
make the
time for orgasm much longer, but
naturally and permanently. Is it related to
circumcision? Is using the spray the only alternative,
or I should visit a doctor in this case?"

First
of all, circumcision and duration of
orgasm do not have a correlation. Actually,
there is some evidence that circumcised men take
longer to
orgasm. |
The reason you are orgasming in less
than 2 minutes is that you are still
new to sex and learning the right techniques. As you
have more
sex, you will gain
practice and be able to delay orgasm naturally. So stop
using that delay spray (they are useless) and do not
think too much about how long it takes. In
fact try to
have sex
more than once the night you do it and the time will
get longer naturally. Another trick is not to move
continuously. When you near
orgasm, slow down and then after a short break, resume
the movement. I have also found that the "woman on top"
position works much better. And I hope that you are
already doing it, but please engage in
foreplay to
turn on your wife before you
penetrate her. That way you can synchronize your
orgasms better.
You do not have a disability (sometimes called
premature
ejaculation) of any kind and I am confident that
your time will go up to the average 5-6 minutes. In the
meantime, you can satisfy your partner with multiple sex
sessions,
oral sex, hand job, using a sex toy, and whatever
else you two might like to do.
