Lately I have noticed that he has not been contacting me

still loves me. He just doesn't have enough money to
call or text me. When I complained, he rings me
sometimes. I'm thinking that he called me up so that I
would stop complaining. Since I did not see the
initiative on his part to stay in touch with me, I
decided to stop sending emails, send SMS, and call him.
I feel that he is taking me for granted. Please tell me
the best thing I can do."
Let
me ask you this. Do you really want to be with a man who
does not have enough money to call or text you? I mean
in today's world, if you cannot send a
text message
(there are several free services on the Internet) or
call (one can use an IM program or Skype or
Vonage to call very cheaply), then you are really
not trying hard enough. I also think that he might
be using that excuse of being poor to not stay in touch
with you.
So either he takes you for granted, as you suspect, or
this is a sign that he is already
with another girl. Obviously any girl will react the
way you are doing -- stop sending emails or call him --
and that is
how relationships end.
You look like a nice girl and I think you
deserve a better man. |
