Remember
the time that Sting and his lovely wife
Trudie
Styler talked about how their
bedroom was this exciting place where they celebrated
their love for each other that has lasted three
decades? Well, they get a chance to talk even more about
it in an article in the Harper's Bazaar.
The
couple says that they treat every day as it comes. There
is something else that Sting says that caught my
attention. According to him, "Relationships
aren't easy, and I don't think they're particularly
natural, but we're lucky because we actually like each
other. We love each other--that's a given--but Trudie
lights my world up when she comes into a room. I don't
take her for granted."

Beautifully
said. While human beings are social animals,
lifelong love is not natural for humans,
particularly men. Spending a lot of time with the same
person also does not come naturally to humans, so as
long as we understand that and work on it,
marriages can be fun and
last for a long time.
People who divorce are essentially not understanding
this truth or have very high expectations. |
