writes, "When I first met my husband, he was in his 20's
and I was 35. I was always concerned with our
age difference but he reassured me that he did not
care. Recently he left me and said he needs to be with
people his own age. So now I am heartbroken that this
ended and feel like I wasted my years on him."
I am sorry
to hear what happened to you and I wished that this man
had been more truthful to you from day one. First,
he did not care that you were
old and then after 16 years he realized that he
needed to be with women his own age.
Having said that, I think that even a
man your age could have left for any reason,
including for a
younger chick. It is sad but the best thing is
to not lose faith in human beings and/or men. I am sure
that for a loving person like you, there are lots of
men your age or younger than you.
So rather than being heartbroken and dejected, go out
there and
seduce a young man.
