How to sell used books on Amazon?

Both my wife and I are voracious readers, and while we borrow from the library, we also buy a lot of books and magazines. Over the years, we have spent hundreds of dollars on books and now have shelves lined with them. That is when I decided to sell some books on Amazon to see if we could monetize abd declutter.
How do you sell on Amazon?
Just create an account on Amazon if you don’t already have one and you are ready to sell. Collect your books in one place and make sure that they look nice and clean. And then simply start entering the information on the website. Be as truthful as possible since the last thing you want is to get a bad rating from a buyer. If a book is “like new” it better be in extremely good condition.
How to price a book?
This is the trickiest part because there are thousands of books being sold on Amazon for $0.01 (the lowest possible price). Not worth for most of us because you will lose money. It might make sense only for book sellers.
There are very confusing prices on Amazon so price according to what you think is right for you. Will it cover the cost of envelope? The trip to the post office? If you are not going to make any money at all, then it is better to donate it to the library.
What’s next?
Just wait for the orders to come in. Then simply ship the books and Amazon will send you the payment each month.
How much money can I make?
It all depends and we have sold other things (old electronics, etc.). So while we have been able to get rid of some of the clutter we have also received several hundred dollars this year — money that we did not have. Plus, it is a great way to learn how to sell online without taking a big risk.
