Drink coffee and stay young with its antioxidant power
If you want to delay or even prevent aging to some extent, you have to consume more anti-oxidants. And as everyone knows, consumption of any nutrient through natural products is ideal but if you cannot for some reason or have deficiency or just want some extra kick to start with, it is perfectly fine to take supplements.So where can you find more anti-oxidants - the chemicals that actually keep you young. Coffee is a good start. A recent study found that coffee and black tea (though do not drink it like the English and the Indians do - with lots of milk) may be excellent sources of antioxidants. You may also try alpha-lipoic acid which is often referred to as the mother of all anti-oxidants.
