Video iPod or iVideo launched by Apple
Throw away your old iPods and iPod Nanos because the new version is just too good to keep the old ones. Why? You can now watch video on this one. Not many people will abandon their high definition TV sets or LCD computer screens but when you are on the go, it is a great way to bring your own entertainment with you. This new product by Apple is designed to help us watch music videos, video Podcasts, home movies and television shows - over 150 hours of video, apart from all the other things that iPod does.
Since the number of video programs available is still small - six short films from the Pixar Animation Studios, and five television shows from ABC and Disney Channel, including “Lost” and very popular “Desperate Housewives,” we expect that there will be a surge in more content made available during coming months.
The price tag? 30GB model is $299 and a 60GB model sells for $399.
In the meantime do not forget to check out another player PocketDish from Dish Network that actually allows you to download programs from your satellite TV hookup for free.
