Has Lindsay Lohan gone crazy?

Like Britney Spears, this woman is out of control and is clearly a threat to society. One thing is to proceed on a path of self-destruction, but it turns out that this time, prior to being busted, she was harassing some poor mom who was quietly driving on the road. I no longer have sympathy for her and I think she should be sent to jail and her license confiscated for five years.
