In the past, a scandal in Hollywood was related to hooking up, breakup, divorce, plastic surgery, topless photos, or secret weddings - not any more. The coolest thing to do now is to be arrested or sent to jail, preferably for DUI. Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie, and Lindsay Lohan have provided excellent examples of how to do it. This inspired Eric Schwartz aka Smooth-E to create this funny music video (with Kira Soltanovich) celebriDUI - it is in two parts. He goes on a crime spree to become famous. It is the same logic as that of Gossip Girl - if no one is talking about you, something must be wrong with you. The first clip sets the stage.

Has Lindsay Lohan gone crazy?

Like Britney Spears, this woman is out of control and is clearly a threat to society. One thing is to proceed on a path of self-destruction, but it turns out that this time, prior to being busted, she was harassing some poor mom who was quietly driving on the road. I no longer have sympathy for her and I think she should be sent to jail and her license confiscated for five years.

Lindsay Lohan busted, yet again

If there is one word that describes Lindsay Lohan, it is "trainwreck." After getting out of rehab and wearing a bracelet that monitors alcohol consumption, she has done it again. She is in a lot of legal trouble (drunk driving and DUI cases) now and like Parish Hilton may end up serving time in jail.

Lindsay Lohan, like Paris Hilton, Sienna Miller, and Britney Spears, is one troubled woman with problems in her family, relationships, and alcoholism. While Paris Hilton went to jail for drunk driving, Lindsay Lohan is also in legal trouble. She had to surrender to the Los Angeles police but was released on bail. Looks like she is committed to fighting alcoholism and after getting out of rehab, she now wears a bracelet that constantly monitors her blood alcohol level.
