How to plump your lips with makeup?

There is no doubt that we Americans love the luscious lips of Angelina Jolie, though I was talking to some Japanese women the other day and they said that they would not like to have those lips and neither would Japanese men admire them.

In any case, it is great to have plump lips and you can do that with Restylane injections or collagen or lip implants or undergo a lip augmentation procedure or lip enhancement or simply use some makeup that will give a plumping effect for a party or a special evening.
