Only Human movie bellydance

If you like a movie that you laugh so hard that your stomach hurts, then I strongly recommend Seres queridos (a Spanish-Argentinian movie with the title Only Human). I know that the movie synopsis highlights the fact that all the drama happens when a girl (Marian Aguilera as Leni) from a Jewish family brings her Palestinian boyfriend (Guillermo Toledo as Rafi) home, but except for a few instances when that is the cause of real comedy, the movie will be equally hilarious if the guy was just another Spanish man.

This video below is not about the humor. It is a very sensual dance performed by María Botto (Tania, Leni's nymphomaniac sister who is learning belly dancing) in an attempt to seduce Rafi. The whole family is looking for the missing father in his office building but when Tania and Rafi are alone she decides to perform a belly-dancing routine. Since she wore no costume, she simply lets her top drop to the waist revealing her gorgeous yellow, floral print bra and she climbs the conference room table to dance seductively to an Arabic song. Surprisingly, Rafi joins her and shows his great moves (it is not uncommon for both men and women to do a bellydance routine), though, they do not make love after the dance, stopping only after kissing.

I know it is natural for housewives to get desperate and act strangely, but contrary to what we say with housewives in Orange County and New York City (I never paid attention to those in Atlanta), the women of New Jersey simply solidify their reputation as stupid, cheap, tasteless, and uncultured. Republican apathy toward hurricane victims

Remember how George Bush and John McCain were partying while poor people in New Orleans were dying? People all over the world watched the horror unfold in Louisiana and the scenes look similar to what we associate with Africa.

Being an election year, the Republicans were far more careful in the wake of hurricane Gustav, but Cindy McCain still wore a $300,000 outfit to ask for money (I wonder why she simply didn't auction her outfit on eBay?). Project Runway Jerry Tam gone

As many of you know I am a devoted Project Runway fan and I watch the program not just because I do like Heidi Klum. I have to say that this girl looks as if she never had children and has no pregnancy pounds to even talk about. Her legs are prettier than ever and she chose the shortest possible dress for the cocktail get together for the group on a rooftop in New York City.

Here is the video of the contestants who look like a cool bunch and I am so glad that Jerry Tam is out. He has the right credentials but even when he was making the dress, I was wondering what the hell he was doing. Even a six-year old wouldn't do that.

Obviously, it was nice to see Austin Scarlett back -- talk about a metrosexual, he is almost a feminine man.

I also expected that Stella Zotis would be sent home. Her dress was a disaster and she had so much negativity about her.

I am not a big fan of network television. I think they have useless programs, probably suitable for old people or those too poor to afford cable. That is why I had never heard of Lara Logan, until I saw her on Comedy Central interviewed by Jon Stewart. I was impressed by this woman and wondered what this sexy woman was doing in a dangerous place like Iraq.

Now I know. Like Carla Bruni and Lindsay Lohan, she is a polyamorous woman (proving that it is not just polyamorous men that are out there) and was dating two men at the same time: Joe Burkett is a U.S. State Department contractor and CNN international correspondent Michael Ware. I don't blame any of these two men. She is simply too hot and cute not to fall for. Watch this video to see her hotness.

In one episode she took her bra off and then a let a plastic surgeon feel her to prove that she does not have breast implants and that her breasts were so big that she once considered breast reduction surgery.

In another episode, she put Katherine McPhee on the spot and forced her hands on her chest all in the name of checking if she had implants or if it was all real.

Now, in yet another low, she forced women on her show to undress by taking their jeans off so that they could get a pair of free Paige jeans. And if you watch this video, you will also see that at one point she lifts her top to suggest that the ultra low rise jeans that she is wearing are horrible but in the process ends up exposing her G string, creating a whaletail -- another fashion faux-pas.

Transformers movie review

If you are fascinated by robots like us, you will love "Transformers," the movie for not just geeks but anyone who enjoys the use of technology to transport you a different world (yes, even though one may not think of the Harry Potter series as geeky, the reality is that technology is critical to the movies). As is often the case with movies strong on special effects and visual appeal, the focus is so much on wowing the viewer that the plot isn't necessarily strong - you can often find that an indie film with a $100,000 budget can touch your soul and a multi-million budget movie doesn't. You might feel the same with this one but if you have enjoyed "Transformers" all these years, you might as well end the chapter with this one though I think that Shia LaBeouf has done a remarkable job and Megan Fox is hot. John Galliano designs are always extravagant and flashy but Louis Vuitton is classically beautiful and maybe that is what they had in mind. Like Gucci which went back to the 50s Italy this year, designer Marc Jacobs also chose a retro flavor for his designs. Men's style icon Kanye West was one of the attendees and he was clearly impressed with the designs. Milano fashion week Prada and Armany styles

Last year when I reported on the Milano Fashion Week and the New York City Fashion Week, it seems like it was a different era. In just one year, men's fashion has changed so much. This year at the Milan fashion week, Prada and Armani exhibited their latest styles, and I must say I am impressed. Paris Hilton goes to jail

While OJ Simpson and Michael Jackson went scot free (though I like to believe that their accusers had their day in court and they couldn't prove their case and in that sense they are innocent) and Naomi Campbell simply had to clean New York City roads for a week, Paris Hilton had no choice but to face jail time. She criticized her sentence but the reality is that drunken driving is dangerous to others and we have to stop these people from getting behind the wheel when they are drunk.

Will Farrell meets the landlord

There is absolutely no doubt that Will Farrell is a master when it comes to comedy but in this clip he outdoes himself. The video clip "The Landlord" is about his landlord asking for rent. By the way, the landlord happens to be a little girl (2 year old called Pearl) who is mean, tough, and an alcoholic. And while fans of Farrell will love him, almost all of us will fall in love with Pearl. As one commentor on the website said, "Pearl for President!." I agree. I think we tend to pick our presidents who are way too serious. We wants someone who knows how to have fun. That way we will laugh our way to eternal happiness.

I know for sure that Korean people have some excellent music, both pop and classical, but I was somewhat surprised that Korean girls are now also getting interested in belly dancing. And with Korea being the Mecca of plastic surgery, we should see a lot of curvaceous bellydancers coming out of the country.
