Nick
writes, "I think my
wife is
depressed and it will be good if she
consults a
professional. She is one of the most stubborn,
bull-headed person I have ever met. I strongly believe
that me trying to convince her to see someone will end
up in her telling me if I don't like it or can't deal
with it there is the door. Even if she knows deep down I
am right I don't think she will accept and admit to it.
I love her and don't want to just
walk away. I have however told her to remind her
that I will do anything with out question for her and
give her all the love that I have. She recognizes that
also. It is simply not easy to
live with a depressed spouse because I am also very
unhappy with my life due to a
marriage on the rocks."
I
totally understand how some things are so difficult for
a couple to
talk and this is one of those.
It seems that you are being
abused in
this relationship by her. Any time a
relationship is not full of love and happiness,
there is a lot of suffering that we do not even realize
exists but little by little it creates holes that get
bigger over time. I am hoping that with the help of a
professional she can get over some of these feelings.
