Remember when
everyone made fun of Drew Barrymore as she went on stage
braless at the 2006 Golden Globes? It was a big change
from her time of the
50 First Dates. She looked awful. It is OK to do so if
you are in good shape and have
perky breasts but Drew at the time was in pretty bad
shape and had
saggy
breasts. Not any more. She has now
lost almost all the weight and she looks terrific.

So how did she do it?
Workout routine:
Drew was not a disciplined person (like most of us) but
she decided to workout 3-4 times each week. Her routine
included jogging, swimming,
dancing, mini-golf,
yoga,
and Pilates.
Dieting:
Balanced meals with a lot of organic vegetables. She
does not starve herself and allows an occasional treat,
like a
taco or a
low fat dessert.
