 We have been
conducting a survey to develop a better understanding of
Japanese women. Over the years, we have heard from
hundreds of men and women. As our understanding has improved,
we have incorporated the knowledge in our articles and
tips
on dating and relationships. From time to time we hear
from someone who has a very interesting view (please remember
that it is the opinion of just one person so it should not be
seen as the final word) and we try to share that as it is. The
opinion below is that of Eduardo, a Hispanic-American, now
married to a
Japanese, after spending a lot of time in
Tokyo.
1. Is
casual romance on the mind of a
Japanese woman when she goes overseas or
meets
foreign men? Do Japanese women feel and behave differently
in the company of non-Japanese?
From my experience with Japanese women, I have learned that
those women who enjoy traveling, and going overseas, usually
have pretty good English ability too. This meaning, that if
they enjoy English, they are usually open minded and curious
about other cultures resulting in an interest in foreign men.
This same question can also be attributed to us, the foreign
men. Once we have that first
Asian, or
Japanese experience, we can't get enough, and therefore,
keep going back for more.
2. Why do Japanese women have sex with foreigners? Is it to
check out how other races do it? Is it because many women
think that Japanese men do not do a
great job in bed? Is it because they think that all
non-Japanese have big organs? Or is it just curiosity? Or is
it because they can show off the
gajin boyfriend as a trophy?
I think it's a little bit of both, but showing off their
Gaijin boyfriend as a trophy is the most obvious one. I once
dated this
Japanese girl, a college student in Tokyo and she told me
that when she went back to school, she announced to everyone
that she had an
American
boyfriend and she was thrilled because all of a sudden she
was popular.
3. What are their expectations from a
non-Japanese man? What features they look for in a man when
they want to have a relationship?
They expect the foreign man to be gentle, yet domineering
enough to take control. I think most girls do enjoy the
openness that most Westerners have in bed. I think
Japanese men
are way too shy.
4. Why do Japanese women prefer Caucasians over Asians and
Africans?
Well, because for a long time this has been the image that has
been given to them as the perfect foreign partner. I am a
Hispanic-American (Salvadorian and Argentinean) and I was
actually quite surprised to find out that Japanese women are
becoming more attracted towards
Latinos. There is a stereotype of
Hispanics. We are viewed by Japanese women as
happy-go-lucky, salsa-eating,
dancing-men.

5. There are dozens of stories that we have heard when a
Japanese woman will have a steamy romance with a foreign man
and then simply disappear without a word about her
whereabouts. Why do they do it? Why can’t they have a proper
breakup? In some cases why do Japanese women breakup but
also buy
expensive gifts for their lovers at the time of breakup?
 Japanese women, or better said, Japanese people are programmed
to avoid confrontation. They don't like saying no, or making
others feel bad in front of them. I once met this
Japanese friend who said she slept around with so many
guys. I asked why? She said, "I am Japanese; I did not want to
say no and make all the guys feel bad. " And something funny;
I have also found out that Japanese women are not exactly
experienced or open towards sex, but they will engage in
sexual activities with men rather quickly. I have
dated
many Japanese women, and I can honestly say that I had sex
with them by the
second date with about 85% of them; the others sometimes
heavy petting or a
kiss on
the first date.
6. Do Japanese women have more
relaxed attitudes about who to have sex with?
You have to remember that Japanese women are very
fashionable and this attitude affects their way of
thinking meaning they usually go for looks when it comes
to
sexual partners. So if your handsome or good-looking
you can expect to get laid.
7. How do they feel about having sex with someone
that they do not know really well? Is romance essential
prior to sleeping together? Do they want it to be short
and
passionate so that it remains a
sweet memory but then they can still
move
on with their lives?
Japanese women don't see SEX as a big deal. Whereas most
Western women expect more after the first sexual
interaction, Japanese women are OK after having a
one night stand. You have to also remember that
usually girls who have foreign partners will only date
foreign men. They are called "YELLOW CAB" meaning girls
who like having sex with foreigners.
8. Many men think that Japanese women have fewer
inhibitions - they are more likely to try new things and
do almost anything in the bedroom. Is it true? If so,
why is that?
This is absolutely 100% true. Japanese women will try
anything in bed. Japanese women like men who are sweet,
gentle and at the same time make them do things that
they normally won't do on their own will. And by
anything I mean ANYTHING!
9. Many men claim that Japanese women are
the best when it comes to oral. Why are Japanese women so good
and open to oral? Why are Japanese women more likely to
swallow?
Yes, Japanese women are the BEST at ORAL. Japanese women are
more likely to swallow because they don't want to make the men
feel bad. This goes back to saving face and avoiding

10. Why do Japanese women talk so freely about private
matters? Other women might be very offended when you ask them
what
underwear she is wearing or what kind of private life she
has, unless you are really intimate with them - while Japanese
women are more open minded about such questions?
Japanese women like to be sincere in their relation and they
expect the same from their partner.
11. It is well known that many
Japanese
couple have practically no intimacy after children are
born and as they get into their 40s. How do these women
satisfy themselves? Young lovers? Or nothing?
I have found that many of these women use toys to satisfy
themselves. I have heard that many Japanese men have ED (Erectile
Dysfunction). Why? I don't know. Too much wasabi? Maybe!
