How to take care of normal skin?
You are lucky to have normal skin; so treat your skin better

She can a lot more liberty with her choice of skincare products but she still needs to be careful with how she treats her skin particularly while she is on the beach where sun might damage her skin.If you have normal skin, consider yourself very lucky. This is the most desired skin type. Of course, this does not mean that you can start neglecting your face. This type of skin has good texture and a fine, uniform pore structure. You do not break out that often and tend to be free of blackheads, at least at a young age. 

Basic care

Try to clean your face twice a day morning and before going to bed. Select a gentle face cleanser. You may want to use a toner, but this is optional. The toner is refreshing and calming. Avoid toners with alcohol that can dry the skin.   Apply a moisturizer. If you are over 30, you may want to use a special night cream during the night.  During the day use sunblock 15 or more SPF with protection UVB and UVA.

Weekly care

Try to have a weekly mask depending on the season or the place where you live. You may want to have a hydrating mask or a purifying mask. Or you may want to alternate them each week. You can buy these masks or use natural ingredients from your kitchen to prepare them.

Exfoliate

Try to use an exfoliant once or twice a week. If you use products with AHA, retinol or other exfoliant, try to use a gentle exfoliant. Never over-exfoliate.

Indulge and preserve

If you have time, try to have a weekly or monthly facial in your home, or if you can afford it, try to have professional facials whenever possible. The facials help to keep the skin clean, which helps to keep the pores to their minimum size. Facials are also very relaxing. Some types of facials, such as the Russian facial, have a very structured massage component that promises to help you to keep your skin toned and firm for many years.  Gillian Taylforth, the British actress, attributes her youthful looks to regular facials.

Taking care of your skin naturally

It is important to drink water to keep your system clean as well as to have a healthy diet to eliminate toxins regularly. Eating healthy and including fresh foods in your diet will keep your skin glowing for a long time.
