Keep the skin surrounding the breast moisturized. If you expose this area to the sun, use sun block. This skin is very delicate and most women do not put a
very good lotion or cream in this area. You may want to use good natural oils such as hazelnut, rose hips, evening primrose or mosqueta rose. You can also
buy special breast creams for this area.
Good posture. More than a good bra, good posture is essential to keep your breasts firm and perky. Take a look at the way you walk and if you have
problems, try to improve it. You may need to seek the help of a chiropractor as well.

Workout. As I said above, the breast has no muscle tissue, and therefore, does not benefit directly from working out, but it benefits indirectly because you
will improve your posture and develop your pectoral muscles.
But when you are jogging, always wear your sports bra.
A study done by a research team at Portsmouth University
in England showed that bouncing (that leads to sagginess)
was reduced by almost 40 percent when women wear a regular
bra. However, bouncing was reduced by a considerable 78
percent when the
proper sports bra was worn while jogging.
In the future, we probably will have minimally-invasive procedures to make our breasts grow by growing breast tissue, but at this time to have bigger/firmer
breasts, a
breast augmentation surgical procedure is the only proven option.
Or you could do what
Teri Hatcher does - use sticky,
plastic tape to create a temporary breast lift (an
internal bra is more permanent solution). |
